Who ARE we?
Our Mission
Let’s create a world where women lead with confidence.
Our mission is to connect mentors from real estate professions with students from underrepresented communities interested in real estate entrepreneurship on an interactive platform, because diversity of representation matters in each industry gaining robust growth.

Note from founders
CREATING OPPORTUNITY IS OUR PASSION…
Real estate entrepreneurship is a valuable field, but women are still underrepresented. We started this program to create an opportunity for girls to learn about and break into the exciting field of real estate. We hope to not only give girls access to a real estate education, amazing mentors, and networks, but also create a space for girls to feel empowered to reach for the tallest of buildings. We hope to instill confidence, a passion for hard work, and the determination to break the glass ceiling for women in real estate…
